Cheating

I have been trying to get a part time cook for our ho.e with 4 members. I was searching hing in Sulekha. a guy called me from [PHONE] and said that there are cooks near by. he asked for a deposit of 1000 rupees. I told him that I would pay after we get a proper cook. I lost dome money like previously with another person. this guy called me many times, and every time I said that I would pay after we get a cook. later again he called me asked me to pat 320 rupees as he has to spend money to send a cook. somehow I agreed and paid him 320, so far he has not sent any cook and he has refunded my money. whenever I call he talks all nonsense. the reason to publish here is to caution people against this sort of cheaters.
