Claiming Agoda Support team

I had a travel-related issue with my booking, so I searched online for Agoda customer support. I found a phone number on the internet and called it, but the call was not answered. After some time, I received a call back from the same number. The person claimed to be from Agoda support and offered to help resolve my issue. They instructed me to perform certain actions on my phone, including disabling the Google Play Store. They then directed me to install an application through a link they provided. The application appeared to be an unknown app that I had never searched for or intended to install. At that point, I became suspicious and realized that the caller might not be a genuine Agoda representative.
