  The best thing to do is download the auspost app, it helps in keeping track of all parcels and letters under your name that are delivered by Auspost. also highly likely it may be a scam, my ex housemate worked in Auspost and told me they would either email you if you have a registered email or send return the package to sender if unable to deliver, unless you have added your contact details while ordering the product/goods being sent to you.

  can tell you its a scam aust post don't send messages like that. also download aust post app if you haven't already and if you are actually expecting a parcel it will show all its movement on there and if there i a issue like they cannot deliver, it will tell you that on the app and give details as to why etc

  I've had same message. Being Naive I rang the number and the person I spoke to said I had to pay a fee to have it released. it was then I told them to go Fuck themselves. rang the official Aust post number and they told me it didn't come from them..
