clone phone froud

My phone has been cloned and money has been withdrawn from my Google Pay. How was the phone hacked?: An application was downloaded on my phone, which I was not even aware of. Then on Friday, an update came on my phone.Which was an update sent by the cheater, in which the entire screen went black and it was written like this, "PLEASE DO NOT SWITCH OFF YOUR PHONE OTHER WISE YOUR DATA WILL BE ERESED" ---------------------------------100% And then such an interface came, after 100% completion, the cheater defrauded ₹96000 from my account.
