How to prove fraud and deception

Under Algerian law, the crime of fraud is proven by establishing that the perpetrator used fraudulent methods (such as false names or false descriptions, or fictitious projects) to steal the victim's money, by presenting material or digital evidence, calling witnesses, or providing strong evidence confirming the occurrence of the fraud.
