consulting fraud

So there was call from an HR, connected for job vacancies, from this number [PHONE]. Evrything was looking good until he asked for a direct payment of 1600/- to this number [PHONE]. And for documents like I'd proof and resum etc another number was provided [PHONE]. So, because they asking for money/fees and are operating all this through 3 different numbers, I feel it's a scam. Cause no one asks for any money for any job. HR said he is from NLB Services. I want this to be investigated, hence reporting it.
