courier scam alert

I got a call on 25th April from spam DTDC courier hub saying that they are unable to find location and asked to call this number *21*92791 01092#. I called only mobile number but switch off answer came. again I was asked to call the same by typing. I was reluctant to call. Later when their call is answered by me why can't the boy call me. They turned off the call. And actual item was delivered by Delhivery courier. when I enquired about the previous call by DTDC hub he said he doesn't know. how to analys this call whether it's a fraud or not
