I am continuously receiving false loan recovery messages from KreditBee/KrazyBee regarding a loan which I have never taken. There is no loan in my name and I have never authorized any such transaction. Despite this, I am receiving repeated SMS messages mentioning overdue payments, RBI reporting, and settlement offers. This is causing mental harassment and misuse of my mobile number. I request immediate verification and removal of my mobile number from your records. Kindly stop sending such false messages immediately. If this harassment continues, I will proceed with complaints to Cyber Crime, RBI, Telecom authorities, and other legal authorities for misuse of personal information and harassment.

First of all, credit is an official message, but this glitch has happened to them. For example, the number of a PAN card is 12345ASDF, now your is 12345ASF, there is only a problem of S and D, there is a typing error, this error keeps happening, go to RBI or keybill, complain or call, the problem will be solved।।।।।। Please check the name and number variation in your Kibil and Experience report. You will know where the problem is.
