Credit Cards fraud through WhatsApp Video call.

I received a video call and there was a link . I accidentally touch the link and there after all become cool. Thereafter. I received a message from Axis bank that a transction of 1.74 lakh has been declined from my Credit card due to limit restrictions set by me. I immediately smell some foul play and through my web, open my bank portal and set all limits to nil and also temporarily block the Card accounts. Thereafter, in the night between 1 AM to 3 AM did a number of Transctions from my cards after unblock them with KYC from UIDAI since he has hacked my phone and E mail also. He did number. of transctions in Lakhs from these cards after due approval of OTP received on every transction. I filed a Complaint with Cyber cell in September 2025 by visiting there office. But, till today they didn't take any action and when I enquired about the status of my FIR they replied that it was your duty to file FIR. I was in the impression that the complained registered in Cyber cell is FIR. I have also got my cards protection from some reputed name. When I file claim there, they send me a big list of documents. I some how supplied them the details i supposed to collect but till date there is no reimbursement in spite of repeated reminders. Finally, neither Banks nor Insurers are ready to accept their liabilities and I am paying the lost amount from my pocket.
