A scam involving offering a loan through the CreditLadder app and taking a payment of 1500.

This is the CreditLadder app. I did not apply for any loan but agreed to the permission. Then they offered me a loan of 900 and after 7 days, they were asking me to pay 1500. They scared me, but I paid the 1500. After I made the payment, it started showing the loan as completed. The recovery agent said they would not call after today. Then I deleted the account, but it went under review until 15-09-17. After the 13th, no calls came. Then I force stopped the app, removed permissions, and deleted it. Then I went to the developer site on the Play Store and deleted everything. But from 16-09-26, I started getting daily calls from telemarketing company numbers like 731, 8081, and sometimes from names like Jio Care, Axis Bank, Slice. I have blocked unknown callers and informed all my contacts that this is a scam and not to download anything. I filed a complaint on the cyber crime portal on 13-09-26. How many more days will these calls continue? Am I safe or not? Because they have not called or messaged any of my contacts or me on WhatsApp yet.
