  As mentioned earlier, Unicomer is a commercial group that includes several stores. There are two possible situations if you do not have any debt with any store in their chain: 1) Someone before you had a debt and was the owner of the phone number you currently use. 2) At some point, someone used your number as a reference to apply for a loan, either before or after it belonged to you, and it still appears in their database. Recommendation: 1) If they call you again, tell them that the insistence is too much and that if they do not remove you from their database, you will take legal action for harassment and stalking, since it is illegal for them to call you to collect a debt that is not yours. Let them know that you are aware the calls are recorded and that you have also recorded them for backup. Usually, this is enough to stop the calls. If you want, you can proceed with a complaint or not. 2) As also suggested, block the phone number; although it should be noted that lately, calls even come from private numbers, so this is not a 100% effective measure.

  Unicomer includes Gollo, Artelec, Radio Shack, and other similar companies. It is possible that you have some debt with them in the process of collection. If not, just block them. If you do have an outstanding account, seek advice from someone knowledgeable on the subject. I recommend looking for the debtor's defense office; the consultation is free.
