Message about a fine when I don't have a car, I've never had a car, and they want me to pay this. These must be those people who hack emails to scam. There should be a law in this country, Ecuador, against these people. Besides, I neither work nor have money. I don't know why these messages or sometimes calls about debts from people I don't know come in.
