BEWARE OF THE FAKE LAWYER SCAM!

Everyone be careful with the fake lawyer scam! They take a photo of your lawyer or the law firm from Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp, send you your case number (which unfortunately is public), and say that you have money to receive. Don't fall for the scam; if you receive any message about a case, immediately contact your lawyer. The phone numbers are usually in your contract or the power of attorney you granted. Never pay any amount for any reason; you will never have to pay to receive money. Stay alert! I receive messages every day from my clients about possible scams. My clients are very well informed and know that I never contact them from any phone number other than my own.
