Custom seized auction goods scam

A person visited my office nd said he is official trader of seized auctioned products....like chanel perfumes,i phones etc....he said if I buy from him some perfume or premium wine he will make me member and I will regularly get offers to buy premium products at discounted price which are tax free.... unfortunately he deleted his messages....
