Data entry job scam - Navigator nexus
I would like to formally report an online job fraud and harassment incident involving a company calling itself “Navigator Nexus Pvt. Ltd.” I was approached for a part-time data entry job and was asked to submit my Aadhaar card, passport-size photograph, and scanned signature as part of a “registration process.” At no point prior to this was I informed that I would be entering into any legal agreement or contract. After submitting my personal documents, I was sent an e-stamp agreement without prior disclosure. The agreement contained terms stating that I must complete 150 forms within 3 days with a minimum of 90% accuracy. It also included a clause that if I failed to meet the accuracy criteria or did not complete the work, I would have to pay a penalty amount of ₹5,800. The work conditions were unrealistic, and I was unable to complete the assigned task within the deadline. Following this, I did not receive any communication from the company itself. Instead, I received a call from a person claiming to be an advocate named Sourav Joshi now he is using other fake name Virat Singh (Phone: [PHONE]). He informed me that I had failed to meet the deadline and began threatening me with legal consequences. He further claimed that: I would have to appear in court Legal action would be initiated immediately My father could lose his job due to this issue These statements were extremely alarming and appear to be baseless threats intended to intimidate me into paying the penalty amount. Additionally, the company’s website provided to me is: https://nezulawork.online/index.php This website appears to be fake and non-functional, as it does not respond to clicks or provide any real information about the company or work. The contact number provided for Navigator Nexus is: [PHONE] They do not respond to calls and only communicate via text messages, which further raises suspicion. Based on the sequence of events, I strongly believe that: This is a fraudulent operation designed to collect personal data and extort money through fear and intimidation The agreement provided is misleading and intentionally structured to trap individuals into paying penalties The person posing as an advocate may not be a legitimate legal professional. I am concerned about the misuse of my personal documents. I request all to deal with these scammers with disrection and be careful.
