DownloadUnauthorized withdrawal of 10,400 Taka from DBBL/Rocket and non-refund of 7,000 TakaDBBL/Rocket থেকে অনুমতি ছাড়া ১০,৪০০ টাকা উত্তোলন এবং ৭,০০০ টাকা ফেরত না দেওয়া
A person known to me had borrowed 7,000 taka from me but has not returned the money yet. Additionally, without my knowledge or permission, 10,400 taka was withdrawn using my Rocket/DBBL-related account/card. In total, my financial loss amounts to 17,400 taka. The cash-out agent who withdrew the 10,400 taka has admitted to the transaction. Despite multiple extensions given for repayment, the money has not been returned. Currently, I am also being threatened with violence and assault. I have bank/Rocket transaction details, communication records, and other relevant evidence. If necessary, I can provide this evidence to the bank and law enforcement agencies. I request an investigation into this matter to recover my money and to take necessary action regarding the threats against me.আমার পরিচিত একজন ব্যক্তি আমার কাছ থেকে ৭,০০০ টাকা ধার নিয়েছিল, কিন্তু এখন পর্যন্ত সেই টাকা ফেরত দেয়নি। এছাড়া আমার অজান্তে ও অনুমতি ছাড়া আমার Rocket/DBBL-সংক্রান্ত অ্যাকাউন্ট/কার্ড ব্যবহার করে আরও ১০,৪০০ টাকা উত্তোলন করা হয়েছে। সব মিলিয়ে আমার আর্থিক ক্ষতির পরিমাণ ১৭,৪০০ টাকা। ১০,৪০০ টাকা যে এজেন্টের মাধ্যমে ক্যাশআউট করা হয়েছে, সেই ক্যাশআউট এজেন্টও লেনদেনটির বিষয়টি স্বীকার করেছে। টাকা ফেরত দেওয়ার জন্য একাধিকবার সময় দেওয়া হলেও টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হয়নি। বর্তমানে আমাকে ভয়ভীতি ও মারধরের হুমকিও দেওয়া হচ্ছে। আমার কাছে ব্যাংক/Rocket লেনদেনের তথ্য, যোগাযোগের রেকর্ড এবং অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক প্রমাণ রয়েছে। প্রয়োজন হলে এসব প্রমাণ ব্যাংক ও আইনশৃঙ্খলা রক্ষাকারী বাহিনীকে দিতে পারব। বিষয়টি তদন্ত করে আমার টাকা উদ্ধারে এবং আমাকে হুমকি দেওয়ার ঘটনায় প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা নেওয়ার অনুরোধ করছি।
