death treats through ethio telecom

my phone is hacked all the time, even after I link 'fayda i.d' ( Ethiopian new electronic identification card( i.d) system), and I receive death treats through it, before I link and after I link fayda i.d . I went to Ethiopian telecommunication (ethio telecom ( ethiotel)) office, and they told me how to correct it( only after refusing for long time ,saying they don't give IT protection system) it but still my phone is hacked. please check on ethiotele. They are institution of terrorism.
