delivery fraud

I saw an ad on insta in it, put a message on WhatsApp, give me a message, deliver the gift, say main pe too, pay me before paying, 5 to 7 days I come to say those people but I didn't come to the act, please don't get any such fraud, whatever ads come on insta is all fake.
