There is a scam going around where delivery guys are saying that the service is down for the said particular billing id and they ask you to pay extra money in their account. Please double check before COD as these guys are scamming you from your money.

They say you have a debt and that you have to pay. If you refuse, they retaliate by hacking the rest of your numbers and will bother you. If this happens to you, the only option is to change your numbers because the authorities won't help you at all.
