🚨 Delivery Partner Scam Alert! I work part-time as a delivery partner for multiple apps, and recently I encountered a new scam. I received an order through Dropit for parcel delivery. When I reached the pickup location, the customer called and said he was transferring ₹10,100 to me. He asked me to pay ₹10,000 to a compounder and keep ₹100 as my commission. He took my personal mobile number and sent a message showing a fake payment confirmation, claiming the money was credited to my account. However, no amount was actually received. The way he spoke and the fake transaction message made it clear — this was a scammer’s call. 👉 Be alert! Never make payments on behalf of customers or trust screenshots or messages showing fake transactions. Always verify payments directly through your app or bank account before taking any action.
