This gentleman, Seidu Mustapha, a fraudsters claiming to work for the mobile company affiliated to the American Embassy in Accra with his accomplice One Sandra. They demand payment fee for a code before the transfer could be effected.
They are on Facebook, it's a page for rental houses in Jaco. They charge and then stop messaging.
