  This is purely a personal issue. The creator of the post, or the person suffering from that specific condition, may also include notes about his or her behavior and activities. However, I believe it is not a good idea to directly blame someone until the issue has been proven by law or appropriate authority. Because we're only seeing one-sided stories here.
