Didi is a complete scam and thieves

I placed an order through Didi for food from McDonald's, and it turns out they charged my card. When the delivery person arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order, they said it wasn't ready and that the "restaurant canceled." The delivery person then canceled the trip and everything, and they never refunded the 12,000 colones that had already been charged to my card.
