Digit insurance on booking websites a scam.

I bought digit travel insurance along with Spicejet jet air ticket for two passengers on 25/06/26 . The flight got delayed due to technical reasons for more than Four hours. As per insurance policy they were supposed to settle the claim within 48 hours of filling for the claim. I sent my messages showing delayed flight timing, boarding cards, bank statement, ID proof for settling the claim. Initially they responded and told me that claims will be settled very soon. after one week they blocked my numbers on the customer portal and don't respond to emails. Guys, don't buy insurance on booking sites as this is a scam. They only want your money,and all their claims are bogus.
