Whenever you receive messages from banks, you should first contact that bank through the normal communication lines that each bank has and ask if the message you received is indeed from them. Also, look at the address shown in the message, as you can see in the image. The URL does not resemble the official bank website at all, and even if it looks somewhat similar, if it is not exact, the message link could also be a fraud.
