⚠️ DO NOT BUY FROM G1 PLAY EQUIPMENTS – JAIPUR | My Experience with Hanshu Sharma I strongly recommend that people DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM G1 Play Equipments, Jaipur, based on my experience dealing with Hanshu Sharma. We paid ₹2,76,000 for play-area equipment. What followed has been approximately 80 DAYS of delays, changing commitments, excuses and frustration, while the work/products are still not fully delivered as committed. The WhatsApp conversation itself shows the pattern. We were repeatedly told that the material was ready, being processed, would be dispatched, was coming through transport, or would reach on a particular day. Each time we waited based on those assurances, but another date or explanation followed. On 30 May, we were told the material was ready except for foam pipes that were on the way. By 3 July, I was already complaining that delivery had been pending since May. On 9 July, I again pointed out that the material had still not been sent. By 15–16 July, after weeks of waiting, I clearly asked for a refund. On 17 July, I explicitly reminded them in writing: “₹2,76,000 aapko payment kar chuka hun. Aap refund process karaiye.” Even after that, the matter continued. There were repeated assurances about calls, transport details, dispatch, refunds and material reaching us. We kept following up and waiting. By 6 August — Day 76 — there was still no refund and the products were still not fully delivered. And around 80 days later, we were STILL dealing with the same situation. ₹2.76 LAKH IS NOT A SMALL AMOUNT. A business cannot take a customer's money and then expect the customer to keep waiting indefinitely while delivery dates and explanations keep changing. The delay has not only blocked our money but has also delayed our project and caused business and financial loss. Based on my experience, dealing with G1 Play Equipments / Hanshu Sharma in Jaipur has been one of the worst vendor experiences I have had. I have preserved the WhatsApp conversations, payment records, receipts, documents and other evidence relating to this transaction.
