  yes they ask for $200 to receive $150k and I told them to take it out of my winnings and they said they couldn't do that cause the money was already pack and heading to my destination, so I tell them you better turn him around if you want some money cause I'm waiting till I get home with money in hand then I will pay but not before then. Have a nice day
