don't focus on any payment messages come other than from bank

One day I got a call and he said that he was sending me 3000 money. but after sometime he called me again and told that by mistake he seemed 30000 rupees. so he ask me to send his 27000 back. when I check the message from above, once I have not focused but after that I have checked in messages that from that number I got that message, not from bank. When I told him about the message is not from bank, suddenly he cuts the call and blocked my number.
