don't respond to such messages and calls, they claim to be calling from the agency, say for electricity, water, gas, sound it's urgent, might say huge bills are pending, give someone else's customer id and then ask yours. this goes round and round. if you wish to live in peace, immediately without fali, continuously block and report such calls and messages. don't shy to spare a moment to report. don't think you are smarter then the spammers.
