don't shopping online with inta or facebook

I had placed an order through Instagram... payment was made online but the parcel has not arrived till today. This online shopping app is number one in fraud. They take payment online and I placed the order on October 2nd. The delivery date was the 15th, then the 18th, then the 21st, but till now neither the parcel has arrived nor have I received any reply to my messages. Do not shop from this app. Their courier company, Ship Track, is also fake like them.
