e-challan scammer

Received a fraudulent SMS claiming that an MV Act traffic challan was issued, with challan number LA21071734311687. The message directed me to make payment through mparivahan-finance.duckdns.org, which is not the official Government e-Challan website. I do not own or have any vehicle registered in my name or mobile number. I also checked the challan number on the official e-Challan portal, where it did not show a valid challan. This appears to be a phishing/scam SMS intended to trick users into making a payment or sharing personal/banking information. Please investigate and flag this number as suspicious.
