e-shram card scammer

I got a call from [PHONE] he was talking as if he knows me as anish sharma but I do not know anyone like this he said to talk to my father but he cannot be on call so i gave the phone to my mother. He said I made a e-shram card in 2021 it have an amount of ₹7140 (approx.) from which he will give ₹7000 to my account and was asking in which account he should pay but before saying anything said I never made any such card then he asked me if he should cancel my card (his tone of speaking was change into as if he is frustrated by me but earlier he was saying beta pahchana nahi, itni jaldi bhul gaye mujhe,....). But I do not remember making any card like this then before saying yes or not he cutted the phone and a message came to me with the same number. The account number that was mentioned in the message was not mine not even of any of my family member. What was it a fraud or something else? (The message contains my number that's why I am hiding it)
