I applied for an online loan; they told me I was approved for 5000 soles and that I had to pay 50 soles to release the loan and disburse it. After I paid, they sent me a document to sign, and then they said I had to pay 150 soles more as a guarantee for the loan. Now, according to them, they want to sue me for fraud because I didn't give them the guarantee, and they didn't give me a single cent. I told them I don't have the money, and they said I must pay no matter what or face the consequences. They used the name Financiera Efectiva.Yo pedi un préstamo en linea me dijeron q me aprobaban 5000 soles y q debuadar 50 soles para liberar el préstamo y desembolsaban, luego q pague me mandaron un documento para firmar y ya me salieron q debo pagar 150 soles mas como garantía para el prestamo, ahira segun ellos wjieren demandarme por estafa porque no les di la garantía , y a mi un centavo me dieron, les dije q no tengo y dijeron q si o si debo pagaroñ o me atengo a las consecuencias s e tomaron el nombre de financiera efectiva

I had to go to the DIRINCRI because they started extorting me. They didn't give me a single sol, and I owed money for clicking on a terrible link. I was in panic, but I went to DIRINCRI and changed my number. I will never click on a link or those damn loan ads again.

What angers me more is the victim than the scammer. How in your right mind are you going to pay for something that is not in person with real people and a document in between? You only deposited in good faith so they would give you money, the worst mistake. You deposit to any number you like, it's the same. If you think a little and talk about it, I would be ashamed.
