The scammer wants to sue me for fraud.

I applied for an online loan; they told me I was approved for 5000 soles and that I had to pay 50 soles to release the loan and disburse it. After I paid, they sent me a document to sign, and then they said I had to pay 150 soles more as a guarantee for the loan. Now, according to them, they want to sue me for fraud because I didn't give them the guarantee, and they didn't give me a single cent. I told them I don't have the money, and they said I must pay no matter what or face the consequences. They used the name Financiera Efectiva.

What angers me more is the victim than the scammer. How in your right mind are you going to pay for something that is not in person with real people and a document in between? You only deposited in good faith so they would give you money, the worst mistake. You deposit to any number you like, it's the same. If you think a little and talk about it, I would be ashamed.

Sorry for the boldness, but girl, first get informed and second improve your spelling and handwriting when writing please, because I had to read it twice to understand.
