  Contact *** which is the call center of Diners Club Ecuador and ask if the number from which they are calling corresponds to one of their sales or service agents.

  Yes, be careful, don't answer or hang up, let it continue until it ends. If they keep calling, even if you answer or hang up, they will know someone is there and won't stop calling you. Good luck.
