I was checking the call history on Truecaller until I found 2 missed calls (one of them appears in the following image). [PHONE] The call seemed to be from Colombia but the phone number started with "+7". If you check, you'll notice that I blocked it to avoid receiving these types of numbers. [PHONE] If the same happened to you, block it and report it.Estaba revisando el historial de llamadas de Truecaller hasta que 2 llamadas perdidas (una de ellas aparece en la siguiente imagen). [TELÉFONO] La llamada provenía ser de Colombia pero tenía "+7" al comenzar el número de teléfono. Si revisas vas a notar que lo bloqueé para no recibir este tipo de números. [TELÉFONO] Si a usted le pasó lo mismo, bloquealo y repórtalo.

The +7 is the regional number of Russia, scammers sometimes use stolen or acquired international numbers and disguise them as local numbers, in this case Colombia. Truecaller is able to identify these. Or it could be that both countries, Russia and Ukraine, are recruiting people from Colombia to fight in their war.
