I downloaded an app, credit support. Two days later, they deposited money into my account that I never requested. After three days, they told me to return the money plus interest, even though I have evidence that I did not request the money and reported what happened to the bank.

Loan or credit apps that you see in many ads, whether for Android or iOS (iPhone), are usually 95% scams and you are giving them your personal information... Always use the official apps from banks or Nequi. If you don't know if your bank has an app, go personally to a branch and ask the advisor on duty to tell you the official method to download the bank's app.

That's what happens when you download apps instead of looking for a loan from a bank. Also, it's spelled "Nequi," not "Neki." That's why they get robbed.

The same thing happened to me with the app called Crediprisa. I only created my profile in the app, and while the app was closed, they transferred a deposit to my Nequi account. Even though I returned the money, they are harassing me to pay interest.
