It happened to me too, but they crashed. I told the person who wrote to my mother's phone to coordinate with Nequi. I sent them the report, and that was the end of it. That's what you have to do: report to Nequi with the last transaction, and Nequi takes care of the rest. You have to wait 24 hours to receive an email where Nequi requests your authorization and they carry out the proper process.
