Army bomb scam version 4

I reserved a product with a 69 soles advance payment via Plin. They issue a receipt but lack a RUC (tax ID), and are disabled. Cinexportkorea says they are located 2 blocks from Arenales. They wanted me to pay in full because it's a very demanded product that others wanted to take already. I told them no because I wanted to see the product first. Then they blocked me everywhere. I found them through Marketplace.
