Someone called you pretending to be from the phone company saying they will unlock your SIM card due to some errors, but your money was taken instead.

Is this an MCard scam?
They called me saying they were from Mastercard, about an attempt to withdraw 59,000 colones from BAC. They asked if it was me, and when I said no, they transferred me to a woman who asked if I had debit or credit. I hung up... It sounded like a scam
