scam with certificates

Hello, at the beginning of the year I looked for where to get food handling certification for myself and my employees. I paid for a package so that all of us would have it up to date. They sent me certificates and meat with QR codes; everything seemed fine. Until I checked with the Ministry of Health and found out everything was expired.
