Scam with municipality fraud

  They call you from the Municipality saying that you have overdue rent and there is already a judicial collection. Be very careful. Always remember this. No municipality notifies you about arrears or pending payments. If they do, it's a scam and they just want to rob you.

  I will only say this: "Municipalities never call for that, nor for other things, especially not from a cell phone number".
