Advance payment scam to buy a mixer and cold storage

Has anyone bought from this number 84974361? On Facebook, it appears as "Toño Elizondo." I was going to buy a mixer and a cold chamber, but he asked me for a small advance to establish the contract, which I accepted: 30,000 colones. Yesterday, he asked me for another advance of 20,000 to bring the items on the truck, which this time I refused because I already told him I would pay the remaining amount in person. It makes me angry that people like us, small startup entrepreneurs, go through this, since every penny we spend is for investment, not for people like this to take advantage. Today, he didn't respond anymore.
