loan agent scam on Facebook

A person offered me an online loan service, we talked on WhatsApp. He told me that the loan had been approved and then said I had to give him 2000 pesos to get a discount on the loan. After I tried to see, I realized it was a scam because he blocked me on WhatsApp.
