Hiring scam on MC Card asking for 20,000 for the first day

In a company called MC Card, I was scammed. They told me they were hiring and I sent my resume digitally. Then they told me to go to the company on Monday. I went, and they said they had never received anything. Worst of all, they asked me for 20,000 for everything they were supposed to give me on my first day.
