Cell phone purchase scam

I always get ads saying that I won a cell phone from a telecom company X, and I know that this company neither gives away cell phones nor holds raffles, so if anyone has ever received this on their phone, do not pay attention because it is a SCAM.

I don't understand why they don't block those numbers, they expect to be called again and they fall for it again, they keep falling for it, block them

beware of frauds and recognize them by just carefully check the msg and do not open any link.

just recd a msg about amount credited to A/c [PHONE] which is actually my phone number, not account number and immediately I reported this as fraud.
