My older brother called me on WhatsApp and sent me the number of someone I thought was my cousin, but I didn't know why he sent me that number because I already had my cousin's number. Then that person asked me to lend him money, to be exact €3000, and said he would pay me back, but he didn't. After that, he blocked me. My brother also stopped answering my messages and calls. Recently, we met in person at a family gathering, and I asked him what happened with that number, but he pretended not to know anything. I kept insisting until he also blocked me on WhatsApp.mi hermano mayor me llamo por WhatsApp y me mandó el número de quien yo creía que era mi primo pero yo no sabía por qué me mandó ese número por que yo ya tenia el número de mi primo luego esa persona me pide que le preste dinero para ser exacto €3000 y luego me los iba a devolver pero no fue así y después me bloqueo mi hermano tampoco me contestaba no respondía mis mensajes ni mis llamadas y hace poco nos vimos en persona por una reunión familiar y le pregunte sobre que había pasado con lo de ese número pero el se hizo el que no sabia nada le seguí insistiendo hasta que me bloqueo también en WhatsApp

Please give me advice on what I should do, whether to file a complaint or what I should do. That was some savings I had, but I fell into their trap.
