Scam by a supposed gym equipment maintenance technician

I was looking for a technician to maintain my treadmill and found an Instagram page that had images of the services they offered. They sent us quotes for the work, and since we had to buy the treadmill belt, they asked for half the payment to order it from Amazon. But they scammed us because they never delivered it and stopped responding to messages and calls. They use the logo of their supposed company, provide quotes, and everything seems very legitimate, but they never show up to do the work or deliver the supplies paid for, and then they stop answering the phone.
