XIMI GO scam

I made a purchase through a Facebook ad for an item costing 10,000 colones. They charged me 2,500 colones for shipping via Correos de Costa Rica, but the tracking number is fake and according to Correos, it was never shipped. They make you believe they are sending the products, but it's a scam. Then they block you and the contact phone numbers do not answer.
