Scam in the sale of pots

It's a post about the sale of some ceramic pots that says payment on delivery, and when they arrive, the delivery company says it can't be opened until we pay and that for anything we should contact the number on the shipping paper. It turns out that when opening the package, there were other pots, some made of tin, and the combo shouldn't exceed $25. I called the number and no one took responsibility, not even the person I contacted via WhatsApp for the purchase.
