  It happened to me on October 31, 2023, but it was a phishing page. They pretended to be Sura and sent me to WhatsApp to talk to an advisor. Honestly, I was busy with other things and didn't pay attention. Knowing that I bought it around 2022, they asked me a lot of questions. When paying, it was through a Mercado Pago link, and the account was in the name of Sura. MercadoPago did not respond.

  I also fell for the same scam. Lesson: THE SOAT IS NOT PURCHASED THROUGH PHONE CALLS.

  It also happened to me... they sent me a QR code... and with the first page I saw when opening the internet... it's better to go to an office... in person
